- Never skip breakfast
- Color your plate
- Eat well and don’t starve yourself (this is counter-productive)
- Eat more fat burning foods, such as brown rice, whole grains, vegetables, natural fruits, skim milk, lean poultry or meat, seafood, and egg whites.
- Drink a glass of water before you eat, this is because people tend to eat more when they are thirsty
- Eat 5 small meals a day
- Eat slowly because it takes a few minutes for your tummy to realize it’s full
- No fast food!
- No soda!
- A once-in-a-while small treat is ok
- Do exercises in moderation: swimming, brisk walking

- Have a specific goal in mind for losing abdominal fat, write it down and repeat it: it’s our new mantra.
