Important. Why? delegate a task.
1. make eye contact.
2. treat people with RESPECT.
3. listen as carefully as they speak.
4. ORGANIZE thoughts before speak.
5. avoid jargon / technical terms.
6. DON’T ASSUME.
7. encourage questions.
8. ask for feedback.
9. avoid speaking when being angry.

Miscommunication -> poor performance, resentment
