Healhty and cheap food

These are recipes for fast-to-cook healthy meals, collected when I am living in California.

For 2 china bowls
Mix an egg gently with chopsticks to avoid making bubbles.
Add 1 teaspoon light soy sauce & Japanese dashi stock.
Add any of additional ingredients.
Steam for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Additional ingredients:
shitake mushrooms, shrimps, bite-size pieces chicken, Ginkgo nuts, an egg, anything we can find on our fridge.

Boil water using low heat
Put seaweed, shitake mushrooms, golden mushrooms, a tomato, a bit of spinach, lettuce, scallop, white soybean paste.
